Drink Some Water

Drinking water helps to keep the skin hydrated. You should also avoid drinking excessive amounts of alcohol which are known to dehydrate the body. When the body is hydrated, the skin can go with the stretching flow a bit easier. The recommendation is to have eight glasses of water a day. If you are struggling with this, remember you can also get water from fruits and vegetables – it doesn’t just have to be drinking water.
