Mixture of Oils May Help

Vitamin E caplets are an excellent way to help look after your skin. What’s more they are also cheap. It heals scars and stretch marks relatively quickly compared to other treatments. This will make scars and stretch marks fade but it won’t make them disappear.

The following mixture of oils has been used successfully by many people with stretch marks and scars. As it is all natural there are no risks of exposure to harsh chemicals.

• 1/2 cup olive oil (make sure the olive oil is extra virgin – this is most natural form of the oil)
• 1/2 cup aloe vera gel
• 10 vitamin E caplets - prick & drain into mixture 
• 5 vitamin A caplets - prick & drain into mixture 
• Mix all of the above together and store in the refrigerator.
