I lose my belly because they are facing the problem of increasing belly fat day by day. this ridiculous problem need a little bit.



Care and by acting some suggestions you can get rid it. when your belly becomes visible then you feel quite ashamed among your friends, you will never wear fits clothes, and you will feel embarrassment and discomfit.

Don't worry, I had this problem and I'm sharing my experience with you to lose fats belly faster with following points and tips:

The principal thing it's you should to burn your calories more then you eat, that's what it's make to pay attention with reducing calorie by avoiding sugar, eat Omega 30s, it is found in fish like salmon as well as you need to eat avocados & walnuts.  Drink more water for keeping yourself hydrated & full drinking more water habit can keep you away from soda or juices.
Try to eat proteins based items, vegetables, whole grains etc. eat salad that is based on carrots, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes etc.

Exercises for Reducing Belly Fat:



CARDIO, Cardio trinnig It's the best way to burn calories, jump cords, running, climb the stairs, and Hit's exercises.
you can search on YouTube or on Google the after burner exercises, yeah it's hard you pant but it blow the calories.
